Former Tennessee Volunteer and Tennessee Titan Albert Haynesworth is in need of a kidney transplant. Haynesworth posted on social media that he is dealing with kidney failure. He has battled multiple health issues since retiring, and had two brain aneurysms in 2015. Haynesworth starred at Tennessee before seven NFL seasons with the Titans and three seasons with the Washington Redskins.
