A Hopkinsville man was arrested for his third DUI early Tuesday morning following a two-vehicle wreck on Glass Avenue.
The collision report from Hopkinsville police says 50-year old Trenneth Crutchfield was westbound on Glass Avenue at about 1:15 a.m. when he crossed into the eastbound lane and struck a trailer being pulled by a pickup operated by 25-year old Zachary Parker of Hopkinsville.
No one was injured, but Parker’s trailer was damaged.
An arrest citation says Crutchfield showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol and admitted to drinking. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and registered a blood alcohol content of .132.
He was arrested for his third DUI and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
