Greg Johnson-who was selected in the NHL Expansion Draft by the Nashville Predators and was captain from 2002-06 has died at the age of 48. Johnson also played for the Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks in his career. The cause of Johnson’s death at his Michigan home is not known.
