A man sustained only minor injuries when his helicopter used for crop spraying was involved in an accident Monday morning in Simpson County.
Kentucky State Police say it happened in a rural area near Kummer Road, where the 1973 Tomcat MK6c was involved in an accident. The operator of the helicopter, 35-year old Anthonie Vos of Sevierville, Tennessee, was treated for minor injuries and released from Franklin Medical Center.
The Federal Aviation Administration was also called to the scene for investigation.
