Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel has made clear who the starting quarterback will be for 2019. Vrabel told UPI over the weekend that Ryan Tannehill is the backup and Marcus Mariota is the starter. Tennessee acquired Tannehill from Miami in a trade this offseason. He started 88 games for the Dolphins over the past six seasons.
