Hoppers win streak ends with 5-4 loss at Henderson Sunday night

The Hoptown Hoppers three game winning streak ended last night with a 5-4 loss at the Henderson Flash. Brant Husser was 2-4 at the plate for the Hoppers, with starter Drew McGowan taking the pitching loss. For the third straight game, the Hoppers did not commit a fielding error. It’s the ninth time this season Hoptown has had an errorless game.

The Hoppers are off today before returning to Tiger Field tomorrow night to meet Muhlenberg County, in what will be a home game for the Stallions. First pitch is at 7:05, with pregame at 6:45 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
