KSP seeking suspect in Graves Co. inmate’s death

Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man sought for manslaughter and other charges related to an inmate’s death at the Graves County Jail.

As previously reported, inmate Rodney Evans died in April at the Graves County Jail and another inmate—33-year old Mark Basham—allegedly provided methamphetamine to Evans and others in the jail.

He is sought on an indictment warrant for second-degree manslaughter, promoting contraband, trafficking in meth, wanton endangerment and for being a persistent felony offender.

Anyone knowing his whereabouts should call KSP at 1-800-222-5555.
