Hopkinsville’s ‘Red White and Oooh!’ fireworks will be Thursday night at Ruff Park and families can make a family Fourth of July celebration out of the evening.
Toby Hudson with Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation says fireworks will go off about 9 p.m. and there are several locations in the area to park and watch.
He says you can arrive earlier in the evening, park on the south side of Ruff Park and enjoy a family picnic on the rugby field.
The event is completely free to attend.
