The Christian County Sheriff’s Department investigated a wreck last week on KY 115 that injured an Oak Grove teen.
Sixteen-year-old Cailyn McLaine of Oak Grove was southbound on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road when she attempted to pass another automobile, according to a Christian County Sheriff’s Department report.
She told deputies that’s when she felt a bump and her tires began to slide, causing her to run off the left side of the road. Her car struck a culvert, overturned and came to rest on its side in a corn field.
McLaine was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
