The Hoptown Hoppers lead 10-0 after three at bats in the first game of a Friday night doubleheader at Franklin, and held on to win 10-9.
Santrel Farmer had three hits, with Drew McGowan, Jacob Jenkins and Ben Huber each adding two. Jenkins had a home run with McGowan hitting two doubles. In the nightcap, the Hoppers picked up a 6-3 win. Drew McGowan had three hits for the Hoppers with Jacob Jenkins and Brant Husser both with two hits.
The Hoppers are off Saturday and conclude their nearly week long road trip at Madisonville Sunday.
