The Princeton Police Department arrested a man Friday morning after he allegedly stabbed his mother when an argument turned violent.
According to a news release, officers responded to a residence on North Jefferson Street in Princeton for reports of a disturbance and found the victim, 41-year old Amanda Eison in the front yard. She reportedly had severe lacerations to her face, neck, leg and hands.
Eison told officers that her and her son, 19-year old Xaxier Eison had been in an argument that escalated—Xavier allegedly struck her in the head with a frying pan then stabbed her multiple times with two knives.
The victim was taken to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment and Xavier Eison was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
