The residents of a Millbrooke Drive home were displaced by a dryer fire Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville firefighters responded to 202 Millbrooke about 9:20 p.m. and were able to contain the blaze to the dryer and its contents.
Heavy smoke damage was done throughout the home, however, and the residents are temporarily displaced and are being assisted by the American Red Cross.
No one was injured in the blaze.
