A small child was nearly hit by a man doing donuts in a field at the Western Kentucky State Fairgrounds Saturday night and the driver of the truck was arrested.
An arrest citation for 18-year old Hunter Allen Leek of Manitou says he was doing donuts in a full-sized pickup when he almost struck a small child of an employee of the Christian County Sheriff’s Department.
The child was not injured, but Leek was arrested for first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief.
