The New Jersey Devils acquired three-time All-Star defenseman P.K. Subban from the Nashville Predators Saturday. The 2013 Norris Trophy winner has generated over 50 points in four of the past six seasons, though he managed just 31 while being limited to 63 games by injury in 2018-19.
Nashville, which was seeking to clear cap space and make changes following a first-round exit in the playoffs, received defenseman Steven Santini, prospect Jeremy Davies, the 34th overall pick in this year’s draft and a 2020 second-round choice.
