A local child was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following a wreck Friday afternoon on Fort Campbell Boulevard and two other people were treated at Jennie Stuart.
It happened about 4:10 p.m. and the report from Hopkinsville police says 63-year old Christine Davidson of Hopkinsville was headed east on Millers Mill Road and said she didn’t see a northbound car driven by 58-year old Donna Oakley of Nashville on Fort Campbell Boulevard until she had already entered her path.
Their vehicles crashed and Davidson’s passenger—11-year old Colton Davidson of Hopkinsville, had to be extricated from the car. He was taken to Vanderbilt with a broken femur, ribs and a cut on his forehead.
Christine Davidson and Oakley were both taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with less severe injuries.
