Four Madisonville residents were killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Webster County.
Kentucky State Police say 23-year old Eduardo Lopez Of Madisonville was northbound in the 5000 block of State Route 109 North in Wheatcroft when he hydroplaned into the southbound lane and struck a pickup operated by 54-year old Charles Barron of Marion. Barron and his wife, Linda Barron, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Baptist Health Hospital.
Lopez and his passengers—Jorge Chavez, Miguel Brico, and Christina Chavez, all of Madisonville—were pronounced dead at the scene.
