One man has been arrested and a second is sought for alleged thefts from the Clarksville Habitat for Humanity store.

Clarksville police say 52-year old Bobby Heggie and 22-year old Patrick Sanchez made multiple trips to the store on Madison Street on June 7 and 8. Video surveillance shows the pair allegedly loading windows, doors and other items into the bed of a truck.

Further investigation revealed the stolen property was for sale online.

Anonymous tipsters helped police locate the truck and the location where the stolen property was being kept and warrants were obtained for the suspects’ arrest.

Heggie has been arrested and charged with felony theft.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Sanchez should call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
