The Bowling Green Daily News reports former WKU and Bowling Green High football player Narcarius Fant received a five year prison sentence Monday following his conviction on drug related charges. The 23-year-old Fant pleaded guilty in March to multiple counts of drug trafficking charges after his arrest last year. Fant was a wide receiver for WKU from 2014-17 and before that played at Bowling Green High, where he was named Kentucky Mr. Football in 2013 after setting single game, single season and career receiving records for the Purples.
