Second Todd County murder suspect out on bond

Another suspect charged in the September, 2018 murder of Jerry Robertson on Stateline Road in Todd County is out on bond.

Faith Martin posted a $20,000 cash bond on June 5 and was released from the Todd County Jail.

Martin is not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs while out on bond, she cannot possess weapons, Martin is subject to random drug testing, she can’t have any contact with codefendants, and she must report to pretrial services and make all scheduled court appearances.

Martin must live with her grandmother in Warren County while out on bond and she has a curfew of 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Daniel Westbrook, Douglas Cropper, Timmie Latham and Brandi Scruggs are her co-defendants. Westbrook is charged with murder, while the others are charged with complicity to murder and additional related counts.

Martin is charged with complicity to murder and tampering with evidence.

Cropper has been out on bond awaiting trial. Latham and Westbrook are in the Todd County Jail and Scruggs is in the Logan County Jail.
