Tennessee Titans first round draft pick Jeffery Simmons is not rushing to return to football. The defensive tackle from Mississippi State says he’s prepared to miss the 2019 season after having surgery to repair a torn ACL in February. Simmons told reporters he’s fine with missing the upcoming season as he wants to get healthy on his time and on the team’s time.
