Murray State senior kick returner Malik Honeycutt has been named to the HERO Sports First Team All-Preseason Team. He was one of eight Ohio Valley Conference players chosen. The senior from Tallahassee, FL made quite an impact during his junior season. Honeycutt ran a kick back for 79 yards with 20 seconds left in the game in defeating Southeast Missouri on November 10th and the following Saturday, ran a punt back 80 yards for a touchdown. Murray State begins its 90th season of football August 29th at 6 pm hosting Pikeville University.
