Indictments returned for sexual abuse, wanton endangerment

A Christian County Grand Jury returned indictments for sexual abuse and wanton endangerment Friday.

Indicted for first-degree sexual abuse against a victim under 12 years of age is Michael Jaron Crowley, who allegedly put his hands in a 7-year old girl’s pants in June of 2018 while she was sleeping on a recliner and touched her private areas. The action reportedly woke the victim up, which is when Crowley stopped and moved her to a couch.  The victim told her grandmother of the incident later that morning.

Indicted on charges of second-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree domestic assault is Ralph Fox the Fourth, who allegedly caused substantial risk of injury or death to a female victim and her minor child in March. He also reportedly struck the same victim, according to the indictment.

Also indicted for second-degree wanton endangerment is Christopher Donnell Lee, who is additionally charged with leaving the scene of an accident and unauthorized use of a motor-vehicle in relation to an incident that occurred in April.
