A Paducah man was injured in a fiery single-vehicle accident late Monday night in Livingston County.
Kentucky State Police investigated and says 35-year old Ryan Green of Paducah had been eastbound on Carrsville Road at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a turn and went off the right side of the roadway.
His car caught fire and Green was able to free himself from the wreckage.
He was flown by Air Evac to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville for treatment of his injuries.
