The 400 Mile Yard Sale along US 68 in Kentucky could be dampened some by rain this weekend, but local communities are still expecting a lot of treasure hunters to make the trip.
Laura Brock is the Elkton city clerk and says they are expecting over two-dozen yard sales in their town beginning Thursday.
She says one can visit the City of Elkton website to see a map of yard sales.
Travelers along US 68 often eat and shop at other businesses in Elkton and Brock says there will be special sales around the square.
Numerous yard sales will be set up at homes and in open fields along US 68 in Christian, Todd, Trigg, Logan and all Kentucky counties on the route.
