Investigation at a Sanderson Drive location Wednesday morning led to the arrests of two women on methamphetamine charges.
Officers went to 109 Sanderson to serve a warrant and found 27-year old Samantha Boren of Hopkinsville inside a vehicle owned by 39-year old Tammy Ewings of Clarksville, who was nearby.
Ewings gave permission to search the car and an arrest citation says a needle full of methamphetamine mixed with blood was found in the door’s side tray.
Neither woman claimed ownership of the needle and both were arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Boren was additionally served with the warrant for contempt of court.
