Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle fatality accident Tuesday night.
It happened just before 8 p.m. and police say 23-year old James Adkins of Mayfield had been westbound on KY 393 when he ran off the road for unknown reasons and his small car overturned. Adkins was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Graves County Coroner’s Office.
