Five days from now, the Hoptown Hoppers open their eighth season in the Ohio Valley League, hosting the Madisonville Miners at Hopkinsville High’s Tiger Field. The Christian County Cooperative Extension Service will be the sponsor for the game, giving free admission to the first 500 fans. First pitch is at 7:05, with pregame at 6:45 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP and whopam.com.
A reminder, fans will have the chance to Meet the Hoppers Thursday night at Chick-Fil-A, with the event to begin on the patio at 6 pm.
