Two people have been charged by the Logan County Sheriff’s Department in relation to the murder of Robert Wetton in 2015.
According to a news release, deputies arrested 35-year old Carolyn Jane Kinder of Bowling Green on Tuesday and charged her with conspiracy to commit murder and first-degree persistent felony offender. Meanwhile, Earl Johnson of Lewisburg has been indicted on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, engaging in organized crime or criminal syndicate, trafficking in a controlled substance and persistent felony offender.
Johnson is currently held on drug trafficking charges in a facility in Arizona on charges related to the murder investigation. The indictments are part of an extended investigation into the death of Wetton and no other information has been released.
