The wife of former Louisville coach Denny Crum offered an update today on his condition. Susan Sweeney Crum tells WHAS-TV, Louisville, her husband had a scary weekend but he’s doing much better and has had a lot of improvement in the last two days. She adds Crum’s been able to enjoy visits from players and friends and is confident he will make a full recovery. The 82-year-old Hall of Fame coach suffered a stroke and is in a Louisville hospital.
