Logan County held Christian County to one hit in a 5-3 victory Saturday at Colonel Field. Austin Fields had the lone hit for the Colonels with Wyatt Stevenson taking the pitching loss. Christian County concludes the regular season 14-14 and meets Fort Campbell in the 8th district semifinals at 5:30 Monday at University Heights Academy.
University Heights edged Graves County 4-3 Saturday in Mayfield. Drew McGowan had a single that brought home two runs in the bottom of the 6th to give the Blazers the win. Eston Glover had three of University Heights five hits with Dan Johnson getting the pitching win. University Heights wraps up the regular season 17-13 and hosts Hopkinsville in the 8th district semifinals Monday evening.
