The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with former Arizona Cardinals receiver Jalen Tolliver. Tolliver entered the NFL in 2018 as an undrafted free agent. After spending most of his rookie season on Arizona’s practice squad, he was promoted to the team’s 53-man roster for the final four games of the season. The Rayville, LA native appeared in three games, totaling three receptions for 37 yards.
