Two Russellville women injured in crash on US 68

A wreck Friday on US 68 in Logan County injured two Russellville women.

It happened about 4 a.m., according to a news release from the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, which says 52-year old Connie Tabor of Russellville was eastbound near the 431 South intersection when she attempted to pass a tractor-trailer operated by 54-year old Charles Ray Hoots of Russellville.

Tabor’s SUV collided with Hoots’ tractor trailer, and police say Tabor and her passenger—55-year old Dorothy Frazier of Russellville—were taken by EMS to Logan Memorial Hospital.
