The current Leadership Hopkinsville class will be graduating Thursday and applications are being accepted now for the next class.
Organizer Dustin Gilbert praised this year’s class for their community service project that improved the sidewalks at the Trail of Tears Park and made the cabin area more handicapped accessible. He says the graduation is set for 8 a.m. Thursday at Hopkinsville Community College, where they will give out awards.
Gilbert urged people to sign up for the next class by going online to the Christian County Chamber of Commerce website and filling out an application.
He says there is a participation fee for those selected, and each must commit to participation in each event, which is mandatory.
