Madisonville defeated Hopkinsville at Tiger Field Friday 8-3. The Tigers fell behind 6-0 after two innings but couldn’t recover. The Tigers had just five hits including home runs from Aaron Crosby and Ryan Myers. Jacob Dilday took the pitching loss after lasting just 1 2/3 innings. Hopkinsville is 17-8 on the season and is scheduled to play Owensboro Catholic and Breckinridge County in Owensboro Saturday afternoon.
