A Princeton woman was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck Thursday night in Lyon County.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department investigated and says 47-year old William Waltz of Missouri was attempting to turn left from the I-24 exit ramp onto US 62 and failed to yield the right-of-way to a westbound pickup driven by 37-year old Andrea McGowan of Princeton.
Their trucks collided and McGowan was taken by EMS to Caldwell County Medical Center for injuries. Waltz and his passenger were not injured.
Deputies cited Waltz for failure to yield the right of way.
