Princeton’s Emma Talley had an even par 72 Friday and stands tied for 41st at one over 145 heading into the third round of the LPGA Tour’s Mediheal Championship in Daly City, CA. So Yeon Ryu stands at seven under par and has a one-stroke lead over follow South Korean player Sei Young Kim and American Ryann O’Toole.

Jason Dufner had an eight under par 63 Friday and moved into the lead heading into the third round of the PGA Tour’s Wells Fargo Championship in Charlotte, NC. Dufner’s 11 under par total is one stroke better than Joel Dahmen and Max Homa, who are 10 under. Rory McIlroy and Patrick Reed are five strokes off the lead at six under.

Play was suspended due to lightning Friday at the PGA Tour Champions Insperity Invitational at The Woodlands Country Club outside of Houston. Franklin’s Kenny Perry had played one hole and was one under while Paducah’s Russ Cochran was two over through five holes. First round play will continue Saturday morning.
