The horse that was the favorite the Saturday’s Kentucky Derby won’t be in the race. Omaha Beach has been scratched from the race due to what’s called an entrapped epiglottis. It’s a condition that affects cartilage in the horse’s airway and can affect the horse’s performance. The horse with the best odds is now Game Winner at nine-to-two, followed by Improbable and Roadster at five-to-one.
