The chairman of the successful 69th WHOP Rotary Radio Auction appeared on the Early Bird Show Monday morning to thank the community for making that success possible.
Trent Haddock says raising $330,000 for the Rotary Scholars program and other youth initiatives wouldn’t be possible without a generous community willing to bid on items and to donate cash.
If you bought an item in the auction, Haddock says they’d have extended hours the first two days of the week at the Memorial Building to allow pick up.
He’s also encouraging the community to support the Rotary Club’s Kentucky Derby party this Saturday.
