Middle and high school students will give their reports on fundraising efforts tonight at the 69th WHOP Rotary Radio Auction.
Elementary schools presented last night and announced they’d raised a total of just under $17,500 for Rotary.
Overall, the auction has brought in about $127,400 through three nights, about $1,500 off last year’s pace. 94 items sold last night for a total of about $7,350.
Auction Chairman Trent Haddock says it will take the entire community eating at the diner, bidding on items and donating cash to the hour and goat clubs to help them reach their $300,000 goal.
The auction resumes at 7 p.m. on Lite Rock 98.7, online at lite987whop.com and it can be watched on City TV or on the local Rotary Club’s website.
