A Hopkinsville man sought on warrants was arrested Wednesday morning and allegedly had heroin in his possession.
Officers located 33-year old Zebadiah Baggett of Hopkinsville hiding in an apartment at 1007 East Ninth Street, with an arrest citation saying numerous items of drug paraphernalia were out in plain view.
Those items included needles and spoons and a baggie of heroin was allegedly located in a bed side table.
Baggett is being held on felony warrants out of Clarksville, was served with local warrants for failing to appear in court and he’s charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
