Madisonville Police are investigating a shooting incident from Sunday morning.
Officers were notified of shots fired in the area of North Kentucky Avenue and Couch Street at about 2 a.m., according to a news release from Madisonville Police, which says a Chevy Camaro was located next to 208 North Kentucky that had been struck by gunfire numerous times.
Numerous shell casings wee located and there were no reports of injuries.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
