The four suspects facing charges related to the February 19th shooting of Hopkinsville Police Officer Jeremy Davidson were indicted Friday morning by a Christian County Grand Jury.

Twenty-eight-year-old Keith Kuzyk is indicted for attempted murder of a police officer, first-degree assault, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, auto theft, receiving stolen property and for being a persistent felony offender.

The grand jury indicted 19-year old Anthony Joseph Johnson for felony receiving stolen property and fleeing or evading police. Twenty-five-year-old Autumn Neblett and 24-year old September Neblett are indicted for complicity to robbery and receiving stolen property, with Autumn also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

An arrest warrant says the four suspects went to Walmart Supercenter about 1:30 a.m. and Kuzyk approached an SUV occupied by four individuals. He ordered the driver out at gunpoint and struck the driver with the weapon when he refused to exit.

Police say Kuzyk and Johnson left in the stolen SUV and the Nebletts left in the pickup.

The four suspects met up later in the morning and Johnson and September Neblett got in the SUV and Kuzyk and Autumn Neblett rode off in the pickup.

Officer Davidson located the pickup about an hour later on Canton Street and a pursuit ensued.

A Christian County sheriff’s deputy deployed spike strips on North Drive near Sanderson Drive and that’s where Kuzyk fired multiple rounds, striking Officer Davidson in the arm and head.

Kuzyk allegedly stole another vehicle at the Hopkinsville Waffle House later in the morning and was arrested following a pursuit in Montgomery County.

Officer Davidson was treated and released from Skyline Medical Center.

Kuzyk and Johnson were indicted last week by a federal grand jury on carjacking and gun charges.

In other action, the grand jury indicted 27-year old Donzell Globe of Clarksville for the September, 2015 armed robbery of the Maxfuel Express gas station near I-24 on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
