Four Hopkinsville High basketball seniors sign NLI’s Friday

Hopkinsville High had four players sign collegiate letters Friday. Jamarion Sharp signed to play collegiately with John A. Logan College. The 7-2 post player was the Tigers fourth leading scorer this past season at 7.6 points per game and led the Tigers in rebounding at 7.9 boards per game.

Jacarius Burks signed to play collegiately with Lake Land Junior College. Burks was the Tigers second leading scorer this past season at 12.5 points per game and was the second leading rebounder with 5.2 rebounds per contest.

Meanwhile, two Lady Tigers, Jayla Rose and Breon Oldham, signed to play collegiately at Shawnee Community College. Rose was the second leading scorer at 15 points per game and hauled in 7.3 rebounds per game, which was also second best on the Lady Tigers this past season.

Oldham was the Lady Tigers leading scorer at 15.1 points per game and the fifth leading rebounder at 4.2 boards per game.
