Murray State fell to Belmont in Ohio Valley Conference action Friday 13-11. The Racers and Bruins close out a three game series at 1 pm Saturday afternoon in Nashville.
For the second straight day, Austin Peay’s series opener at UT Martin was rained out Friday. The teams will try to play a 2 pm doubleheader Saturday and a 1 pm game Eastern Sunday.
Western Kentucky’s game with Florida Atlantic Friday was suspended due to rain. FAU led 4-1 in the bottom of the fourth inning when it was stopped. The suspended game will be completed at 1 pm Saturday at Nick Denes Field with the regularly scheduled game to follow.
