Tennessee coach Rick Barnes was a few millions dollars away from taking the job at UCLA. Barnes told the press yesterday that if the Bruins had paid his five-million-dollar contract buyout, he likely would have taken the job. UCLA nor Barnes was willing to pay that amount and he decided to stay. Tennessee has since signed him to a new contract.
