A Mortons Gap man was killed in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in Nortonville.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department investigated and determined 31-year old Justin Pryor had been southbound on Hopkinsville Road at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his car in a curve, went off the roadway and struck a tree.
Pryor was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner’s Office.
