As final preparations and the Par 3 contest take place today ahead of The Masters which begins tomorrow, there’s talk about moving back the 13th tee at Augusta National. Masters chairman Fred Ridley said today he’s “hesitant to move too quickly” in that regard. He added Amen Corner is sacred ground” and he doesn’t take the decision lightly.
By the way, Kentuckians Justin Thomas and JB Holmes along with Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker are all in the Par 3 contest this afternoon.
