McGee starts in twin bill for Hot Rods, gets a no decision

Hopkinsville’s Easton McGee picked up his first start of the season for the Bowling Green Hot Rods in a 13-4 loss in the second game of a doubleheader with Lake County last night. McGee got a no decision pitching 3 1/3 innings, allowing two runs on five hits with a walk and three strikeouts.

The Hot Rods won the opener of the twin bill 6-3. Game three of the series is this evening at Lake County.

In other Minor League action: The Nashville Sounds opened a three game series at Round Rock with a 3-1 victory. Game two is this evening.
