The Belmont Bruins have found Rick Byrd’s successor and he’s in Nashville. Casey Alexander will move from Lipscomb to take over at Belmont. The 46-year-old led the Bisons this past season to a 29-8 record this season and a trip to the finals of the NIT. News Channel 5-Nashville reports Alexander received a five year, $4 million contract. Alexander will be formally introduced Thursday morning.
