University Heights blanked Livingston Central 4-0 in the 2nd Region All A Tournament Monday. Luke Welch threw a two hit, complete game shutout and struck out 10 Cardinal batters. Welch was also 1-2 at the plate with a double, with Drew McGowan going 2-2 with a two base hit.
University Heights is now 5-5 on the season and faces Fort Campbell today at Crittenden County in the 2nd Region All A Tournament.
